Zoom Industries is responsible for the due diligence of all real estate in Belgium / the Netherlands of P&C. We examine and document the architectural state on location. Our job consists of creating an inventory of the properties, including tables. These are converted into booklets ready for variant studies, creating a total overview of all real estate. Furthermore were guiding P&C in developing scenarios for their real estate properties in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and The Hague. Finally, Zoom Industries is also handling the tendering for Due Diligence activities.
